>> I try not to take myself too seriously, and I joke around a lot.
>> I tried out veganism for a month in October 2019 and haven't looked back since. I eat a whole food, plant-based diet and have never felt better.
>> I believe in equality for everyone, regardless of skin colour, sexual orientation, gender, religion or anything else. I am on a lifelong anti-racism journey. I am still learning, so if I screw up please do tell me. I want to do better.
>> When I was 14 I wanted to be the next female Prime Minister of the UK because I wanted to help people. I quickly realised politics wasn't for me, and spent years trying to figure out how to fulfill this purpose. I finally figured it out aged 42 with this business.
>> I was raised Anglican / Church of England / Protestant and used to go to church every Sunday (I was actually quite religious in my teens). I now class myself as a spiritual atheist and love learning about all religions.
>> I have to force myself to take time away from my business as I love what I do so much.
>> I am the most extrovert of extroverts and the most introvert of introverts. I am the life and soul of the party but then I have to crawl into my cave and be silent for a day or two.
>> I'm not at all sporty. I am a massive bookworm and literally devour books.
>> I joke that my purpose in life is to turn the world into a happier place (I have a secret though - it's not actually a joke.)
>> I'm in my mid-40s and have no shame around it. I can feel myself growing wiser with every new grey hair and wrinkle.
>> What you see is what you get. The Sophie that you see online is the same one you'd meet at a party or in the supermarket.
>> I'm sweary and honest. I'm too old for playing by a set of rules.
>> Most of the time I can't be arsed to wear make-up.
>> Other than my kids my greatest achievement in life is my Life Reboot Camp programme. I love that it has helped so many women from all over the world.
You have a delightful manner of encouragement and humour. Like your best friend at school that would make you laugh after the boy you liked dumped you, but be full of good advice.
Bad explanation but you are gifted.
