I am a straight, white, able-bodied woman who was born and brought up in the UK in a middle class family.

I am incredibly privileged.

So I am on a lifelong mission to educate myself about those who do not have these privileges.

In my work I talk about / to women as that is what I know best. And when I talk about relationships I talk about straight relationships, purely because I don't know about gay relationships.

However all of my work is open to anyone as long as it resonates with them.

In Life Reboot Camp we talk about / learn together about anti-racism and my aim is to bring on-board an anti-racism expert to further help us with this.

I am doing my best, but please feel free to let me know where / when I screw up so I can do better.

I am a big believer in giving back.
